1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of honey and other food products, we can only accept returns if:
- The item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, and
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at info@beezi.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)
4. Exchanges
We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier.
We cannot refund for delivery delays outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, weather).
